The space is stylish and minimalist, yet warm — with natural wood accents, dramatic lighting, and a sophisticated energy that feels both international and uniquely Atlanta. It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down and savor, perfect for a romantic evening, special celebration, or simply treating yourself.

Every recommendation feels thoughtfully considered, and the pacing of the meal ensures each dish has its moment to shine. The Feeling
Dining at Nobu Atlanta feels like stepping into an indulgent ritual — refined yet relaxed. It’s equal parts luxury and comfort, with food that excites the palate and service that makes you feel taken care of at every turn.
Menu Overview
The menu features Nobu’s globally celebrated signatures: from Yellowtail Jalapeño and Rock Shrimp Tempura to the iconic Black Cod with Miso. In addition to sushi and sashimi crafted with impeccable precision, Nobu Atlanta offers creative hot dishes, wagyu beef selections, and a curated sake and cocktail list that complements every bite. Nothing short of satisfying.
What I Enjoyed During My Visit
Yellowtail Jalapeño — clean, delicate, with a bright citrus and chili kick.
Rock Shrimp Tempura — crispy, creamy, and addictive.
Black Cod with Miso — buttery, melt-in-your-mouth, a true Nobu classic.
Glacier 51 Sea Bass Yuzu Kosho — tender and luxurious, brightened with a citrusy, peppery finish.
Crispy Okra with Spicy Tosazu — an appetizer that put on a show, it's topped with delicate bonito flakes (katsuobushi) that “dance” when they meet the heat, adding a smoky, savory depth.
Sushi Nigiri — luxuriously fresh, showcasing the highest-quality fish.
Cocktails:
Lychee & Elderflower Martini — light, floral, and refreshingly balanced.
Iwai Tradition — a smooth single malt Japanese whisky, enjoyed neat.
Dirty Martini — a timeless classic, served with bold blue cheese–stuffed olives.
Sake: Junmai Daiginjo TK40 Genshu Enshinbunri “Hikari” — refined, elegant, and layered, a perfect complement to the meal.
My absolute personal favorites were the Glacier 51 Sea Bass in Yuzu Kosho, the Yellowtail Jalapeño, and the Crispy Okra topped with bonito flakes. Each of these dishes captured Nobu’s artistry — balancing delicate technique, bold flavors, and unexpected textures in every bite.
Final Thoughts / Recommendation
Nobu Atlanta is more than a restaurant to me, it’s an experience. That's just how I like to dine. Whether you’re indulging in a full omakase journey or savoring a few signature dishes, the combination of refined flavors, sleek ambiance, and impeccable service make it a must-visit. It’s a jewel in Atlanta’s fine dining scene and one I’ll gladly return to.
